1. If my child has to drop out after registering what are the refund policies for camp?

If you contact us ahead of time you will receive a refund less a $50 non refundable deposit. Once camp activity begins there are no refunds. If your child can transfer to another camp week during the same summer season this is acceptable. Should this occur there will be no additional charge unless the new camp has a higher fee in which case the difference is payable. Also please note camp fees are not pro-rated the full fee is payable regardless of how many days a camper attends.

2. How will I know that my child is officially registered for camp?

Once your fee and application are received you will be notified that your child is officially registered on the camp. Please note all communication is via e-mail so you must have a current and legible e-mail address on your application.

3. Do you accept walk-on campers?

We cannot guarantee to accept walk-on campers but if we do there is usually a higher fee and it is a cash payment. If you do decide to attend a camp at short notice please contact us ahead of time so we can let you know if this is feasible. The best advice is to register in a timely fashion.

4. What about bad weather / field conditions?

If a camp session is cancelled a message will be posted on the homepage of this website in as timely a manner as possible. We will do our best to add time to remaining sessions should one or more camp sessions be cancelled due to bad weather. Please note that the host clubs and townships can close their fields independently and this is often beyond our control.  There are no refunds due to camp sessions being cancelled due to inclement weather or other factors beyond our control.

5. What should campers wear?

Please have campers wear soccer shirt and shorts, shin-guards, sneakers or cleats (cleats preferred). A camp T-shirt is provided and must be worn at least on the last day of camp. All other equipment can be purchased from our web store.

6. Anything else campers will need to be prepared?

The campers are very active at camp so early nights are highly recommended so they arrive at camp with plenty of energy! Other helpful items to bring to camp includes lots of water / Gatorade to drink and a snack. A hand towel to soak in water to help cool down is very useful in hot and humid weather. Also pack a rain jacket since we will try to continue camp in wet weather provided there is no thunder and lightning. Finally sunscreen protection is a must and insect repellent may be necessary depending on the camp location.
